1. Freight Costs

1.1 A flat fee charge of $9.95 AUD will be charged for orders under $99.00 AUD. For international orders freight calculation is based on weight, volume and destination. Freight estimate costs are available online before processing payment, please check this carefully at the time the order is placed.

1.2 We will arrange freight through Australia Post - Express & Regular e-parcel for you, unless you require shipping through your own courier. If you wish to use your own courier we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage once goods leave our warehouse.

2. Handling or Packing Fees

2.1 SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE does not charge handling or packing fees on domestic orders unless special legal or specification documents are requested.

2.2 A handling charge of $5.00 applies to international orders to cover the cost of necessary documentation.

3. Delivery Times

3.1 We endeavour to dispatch shipments within two working days of placing your order. Most destinations in Australia will receive items within 7 working days; however, remote destinations can take up to 14 working days.

3.2 International orders will be sent by air mail. Most destinations will receive items within 7 working days; however, remote destinations can take up to 15 working days.

5. Liability of Summer Sunshine Organic Body Care

5.1 All items purchased from Summer Sunshine Organic Body Care are made pursuant to delivery arrangements. This means we are not responsible for any loss or damage attributed to Australia Post or couriers handling.

5.2 All orders must be checked & lodged within 7 days of receipt & any claims, errors, or discrepancies must be reported immediately.

5.3 Please check all your order details carefully before processing your order. SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE will not take responsibility for any product lost or stolen that is addressed incorrectly due to incorrect information entered at the time the order is placed.

5.4 In the advent of goods being delivered to the wrong address as a result of an incorrect address being given by the customer, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Summer Sunshine Organic Body Care. The reclamation of goods can be an impossible and extremely costly task. The reclamation of such goods is left solely to the customer although every effort will be made by way of giving all delivery details and contacting relevant persons to aid in correcting the mistake. All help in these matters is at our discretion.

6. Possible Delay

6.1 All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia.

7. Stock Availability

7.1 Occasionally we experience short periods of stock being unavailable through our website. If one of the items you would like to order is listed as out of stock, please return to our website and place your order at a later date.

7.2 If goods are notified out of stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of stock of certain items and we may not have yet updated their product pages. In this case we will notify you of an estimated delivery date and give you the option of waiting for your items, exchanging for another item, or receiving a full refund.

8. Review of Terms

8.1 These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.

Returns Policy

1. Returns

1.1 Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns or exchange will be allowed after 7 days from receipt of your orders.

2. Cancellations and Changes to Online Orders

2.1 SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE will endeavour to arrange the dispatch of your order as soon as we receive it. If you have changed your mind about your order and would like to cancel or change it, please email info@summersunshineorganics.com.au as soon as possible, quoting your SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE order number. If your order has already entered the dispatch process, unfortunately, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

3. Fault Items/Damaged Goods

3.1 In compliance to Australian Consumer guidelines SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE will replace any goods purchased if they are found to be faulty, damaged or have caused a skin reaction. If the item cannot be replaced we will issue you will a store credit or refund. For instructions on how to return such products, please read “Returns of Opened Product” below.

4. Returns of Opened Product

4.1 Regrettably, we cannot offer a refund or exchange once the product has been opened and used unless the product is faulty or defective, or has caused a skin reaction.

If you believe the product is faulty/defective in any way (colour, texture, smell), or if you experience a skin reaction, you may request an exchange of opened product.

In order to arrange the return for a faulty or defective product, please contact us by emailing info@summersunshineorganics.com.au. Include in your email your name, invoice number and name of product, along with the reason you believe the product is faulty.

Upon receipt of your email, we will email you to inform you where to send the faulty product.

4.2 SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE will exchange a faulty/defective product if it is found there was a production error. If it is found that the product is faulty, the product will be replaced (the same size and value of the original product ordered) and the exchange shipping will be paid for by SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE.

4.3 If it is found that the product is NOT faulty, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.

5. Incorrect Orders

5.1 If you have received your order from SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE and it is incorrect, please email info@summersunshineorganics.com.au and include your SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE order number, so that we can arrange to have the correct products sent to you and the incorrect products returned to SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE.

We will dispatch the correct replacement for any incorrect product within 2 working days of receipt of return of the incorrect products. Your return must be accompanied with a proof of purchase and the products must be returned in a new, unused and re-saleable condition.

5.2 We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if your order has been delivered significantly late, damaged or incorrect. If this is the case, please email us at info@summersunshineorganics.com.au.

5.3 Please note that all claims will be honoured at the discretion of SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE and SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE reserves the right to refuse to refund or replace any customer claims when returns are excessive and it appears that the policy is being manipulated or abused.

6. Return of Products Purchased on Promotion or as Part of a Gift Pack

6.1 If the products you wish to return were purchased at a promotional or special offer price, the credit refund will be no more than the price paid for the products at the time of purchase. All goods must be returned in a new and unused condition within 7 days from the receipt of your order. No refunds or replacements will be given if the product has been opened and the product has been used, damaged or tampered with.

7. Undelivered Items

7.1 If your package is returned to us by Australia Post due to an incorrect address or if you have not picked it up from the post office and they send it back, you will be issued a credit note so you can repurchase the items on a new order. SUMMER SUNSHINE ORGANIC BODY CARE will cover the cost of the return fees but cannot pay to re-send your package the second time.
