Upon placement of your order, you will receive an order confirmation. This also confirms that we have received your order. If you have not received an order confirmation, please verify that you have completed the payment process. You will receive an automated confirmation e-mail from us when your order has been shipped that includes the tracking information.

We currently offer a flat shipping rate domestically, international locations will vary and are automatically calculated based on weight and distance.

Within Australia

Orders over $99 total qualify for FREE domestic shipping. Please ensure your order totals over $99 if you are using a promo code. Express shipping does not qualify for free shipping. If ordering under $99, $9.99 flat rate express shipping across Australia for orders up to 3kg. ADDITIONAL CHARGE APPLIES FOR EVERY ADDITIONAL 1gram to 3KG.

International

Summer Sunshine Organic Body Care ships internationally to New Zealand, United States, and United Kingdom.

Shipping charges are based upon the weight and destination of your order. Once you have your order completed in your shopping cart you can select your destination country to see the shipping options available to you and how much they cost.

Orders that are designated for international shipping outside of Australia may be subjected to taxes, customs duties and other fees by the destination country. The recipient is responsible for these fees.

If the purchaser refuses a shipment, they are responsible for any import fees incurred, cost of returning the shipment and the original shipping charges. This amount will be deducted from the merchandise refund plus a 5% restocking fee.

Summer Sunshine Organic Body Care is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursement of lost packages or damaged products.

If you require shipping with insurance or signature, please contact us to make arrangements. Additional cost will apply.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All items purchased from Summer Sunshine Organic Body Care are made pursuant to delivery arrangements. This means we are not responsible for any loss or damage attributed to Australia Post or couriers handling.

Possible Delay

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carrier. International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays. While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping. Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia.

Goods Out of Stock
If goods are notified out of stock, they will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving them. Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of stock of certain items and we may not have yet updated their product pages. In this case we will notify you of an estimated delivery date and give you the option of waiting for your items, exchanging for another item, or receiving a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address Provided
In the advent of goods being delivered to the wrong address as a result of an incorrect address being given by the customer, absolutely no responsibility will be taken by Summer Sunshine Organic Body Care. The reclamation of goods can be an impossible and extremely costly task. The reclamation of such goods is left solely to the customer although every effort will be made by way of giving all delivery details and contacting relevant persons to aid in correcting the mistake. All help in these matters is at our discretion.
